Commercial Maintenance Client

This plan is for owners and managers of commercial properties including stores, offices and homeowners associations. Artisan Handiworks can tailor a plan to meet all of your maintenance needs - grounds and parking areas, building & facilities maintenance, and janitorial. Efficient, cost effective and accountable, Artisan Handiworks is a one call solution for quality service.

• Scheduled Non-Structural Pest Control Plan

  
  Application of the appropriate pesticide monthly, quarterly or every 6 months. This plan includes priority scheduling for pest emergencies such as nuisance wildlife, snakes or acute insect infestation. All work is done with diligent environmental awareness. Traditional treatments, all natural or organic compliant pesticides are available.
  
  

• Scheduled Weed Management Plan

  
  This plan is for guaranteed seasonal weed control, either by the application of pre-emergent or post-emergent herbicides. Mechanical weed cutting and the creation and maintenance of a defensible space for wildfire risk reduction is available. All work is done with diligent environmental awareness
